7 Minute Muscle Reviews

7 Minute Muscle is a unique body building program which is named that way because if you follow the program you will need to work out only 7 minutes every day to build muscles. The man behind the book is Jon Benson who has used the techniques himself and has gone from being a chubby person to one who has successfully build muscle mass.

Got the 7 minute muscle. Very comprehensive but a lot of reading. Notice some decent gains when I was disciplined enough to stay consistent with it.
