7 Minute Muscle is a unique body building program which is named that way because if you follow the program you will need to work out only 7 minutes every day to build muscles. The guide is an 83 page book which focuses more on the psychological aspects of body building on top of the physical exercise and training. The book needs to be read carefully and thoroughly and you are advised to make notes because the book itself is not organized into logical chapters or any other sequence. The book has been based on a lot of scientific research and is littered with over 100 citations that show the amount of hard core research that has gone into it.

The man behind the book is Jon Benson who has used the techniques himself and has gone from being a chubby person to one who has successfully build muscle mass.
